Eye massage

Like any organ, the eyes also need rest. Soothe your eyes with a rejuvenating self eye massage that increases eye area circulation:

1.Keeping your eyes closed, use your middle finger to massage the eye socket bones and down to the bridge of the nose. Repeat 8-10 times.

2.Press on the pressure points just under the brow bone below the inner eyebrows and count to 10

3.Press at temples and do the same.

4. Using your thumbs, gently press on the area right above the inner corner of the eyes where the crease of your lid begins. Press slowly and release. Repeat 4-5 times.

5. Using your middle fingers, massage the hollow area which is located in the temples on the side of your face using up and down motion. Continue this for a minute.

6. Using the tips of your index fingers, gently massage the area located in the back of the skull, directly behind the eyes. Continue to massage the area for a minute.
